Creators will be notified of major updates, but EngagePay is not obligated to provide services indefinitely.
1. Task Participation and Limits:
EngagePay has established a daily task limit for all Performers to maintain fairness and prevent system abuse. Each user can complete up to Seventy – Eight (78) tasks per day. This limit ensures that all users get equal opportunities and that the platform remains sustainable for both Performers and Task Creators. The task breakdown is as follows:
Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restrictions or the inability to join additional tasks until the next day. EngagePay reserves the right to enforce these limits strictly to maintain platform integrity.
2. WhatsApp Number Verification:
To enhance security and prevent fraudulent activities, all Performers must verify their WhatsApp number before making a withdrawal. This verification step ensures that only legitimate users are earning and withdrawing funds. EngagePay requires a valid and active WhatsApp number to maintain a transparent and trusted ecosystem. Unverified users will not be able to request withdrawals, even if they have reached the payout limit. EngagePay reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawals for accounts that do not comply with this verification requirement.
3. WhatsApp Read Receipts Requirement:
For Performers engaging in WhatsApp Status Post tasks, it is mandatory to enable Read Receipts in WhatsApp settings. This feature allows Task Creators and EngagePay to track how many views their content receives, ensuring accurate payments. If a performer fails to turn on Read Receipts, EngagePay will not count the views, and the user may not receive payment for that task. This requirement ensures that Task Creators get the engagement they paid for, maintaining fairness and credibility on the platform.
4. Task Completion Requirements:
Performers must submit proof of completion before a task reaches its required number of views, clicks, or plays. Each task has a set target, and once it is reached, new submissions may no longer be counted.
Failure to submit proof before task completion or click Update Score or Submit Reward may result in non-payment for that task or game. EngagePay strictly follows this policy to maintain fairness for all users.
5. Earnings for WhatsApp Status Post Tasks:
Performers earn money based on the number of views their shared content receives. The platform calculates earnings per view, ensuring that users are rewarded for their engagement.
For example, if a Performer accumulates 2,500 views, their earnings will be: 2,500 views x ₦1.90 = ₦4,750
EngagePay ensures that Performers are paid accurately for the engagement they generate, making it a reliable way to earn.
6. Game and Reader Earnings and Link Caution:
EngagePay also provides an opportunity for users to earn through gaming interactions.
This feature adds another way for users to generate income while engaging with the platform.
7. Submission Verification Process:
To ensure the legitimacy of completed tasks, EngagePay requires accurate proof of submission.
This verification process helps maintain a trusted environment for both Performers and Task Creators.
8. Withdrawal Eligibility, Payout Limits, and Transfer Charges:
Performers can withdraw their earnings once they reach the minimum payout limit.
Transfer Charges:
On every withdrawal, including withdrawals with airtime, a transfer charge of ₦10 will be deducted from the user’s account before or after executing the transaction. This fee covers transaction processing costs.
9. Payment Structure and Fraud Prevention:
